DMCA Policy

PostAgent respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In
accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, PostAgent has
adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through PostAgent infringes your copyright, you may submit a written
notice to PostAgent’s designated agent at:

Your notice must include the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if
multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity,
and information reasonably sufficient to permit PostAgent to locate the material.
- Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is
not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are
authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you uploaded or published through PostAgent was removed or disabled by
mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to PostAgent’s designated agent listed
above.
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location at which the
material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or
disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial
district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, that you consent to the
jurisdiction of any federal district court where PostAgent may be found), and that you will accept
service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.
3. Repeat Infringers
PostAgent will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
4. Reservation of Rights
PostAgent reserves the right to remove or disable access to content alleged to be infringing without prior
notice, at its sole discretion, and without liability.
